Privacy Policy Statement

This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Privacy Code) and refers to all data that may be communicated through this Website and it is only valid for this website and not for any websites that may be accessed via the links.

Data Controller. The Data Controller is S.e.d. S.r.l. with headquarters in via Sandro Pertini 1, 35020 Arre (PD), (VAT No.03328680289).

Data provided. The personal Data details given by the User to the Data Controller are
i) those entered in the contacts form and ii) the personal data given by the User who freely decides to use the contacts listed in this website (email addresses, phone numbers, fax, etc.). This Website is not equipped with browser data tracking systems. No cookies are used. During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate any website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information that is usually not associated with identified Users, but by their very nature could be associated with data held by third parties and thus allow the User to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by Users who connect to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment of the User. This data is usually used by servers for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site, to check that it functions correctly. Such data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of possible computer crimes.

Purpose of the Data processing. The Personal Data collected will be used to respond to requests and, subsequently, to reply to any additional requests or information and/or to fulfil any contracts entered into between the User and the Owner.

Data processing procedures. The Data will be processed in accordance with the rules established by the Privacy Code using electronic and ICT equipment.

Nature of the data provision and consequences of refusal. The provision of Data is optional. Failure to complete the information fields in the form marked with an asterisk will prevent users from accessing the service and sending any requests to the Owner and receiving any replies.

Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated. Any Data given will be made known to the Persons in Charge of the Processing.

Dissemination. The Data given will not be disseminated.


Rights under Art. 7 of the Privacy Code. Every User is guaranteed the rights under Art. 7 of the Privacy Code.  "Art. 7: Right to access personal data and other rights.
1. The party concerned is entitled to receive confirmation as to the existence or non-existence of his/her personal information, even if it has not yet been recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.
2. The party concerned is entitled to be informed: a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Art. 5 (2); e) of the entities or categories of entities to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. The party concerned is entitled to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations under letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject is entitled to object, in whole or in par: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though it is relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market surveys or commercial communication.”

Form in which consent is expressed. To give consent to the processing of the personal data provided in the contact form, the User must express their consent in the form of "point and click" by marking the consent box. The message can only be sent after this has been done. If the Data is delivered using methods other than the contact form, the Data will be processed pursuant to the given privacy statement and in accordance with Art. 24 letter b).
